Qualifications & experience
- At least have Certificate or Diploma in Architecture
- At least Two (2) years of working experience in architectural works
- Proficiency in cad-drafting software and/or other drafting tools, SketchUp and/or other design software
- Good knowledge of Building By-laws and planning requirement.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintaining consistent quality
Tasks & responsibilities
- · Prepare technical drawing for submission to the authority
- Assist the Architect to prepare 2D design drawings, schedules and documentation for the conceptual design and design developments.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,000.00 per month
